As an investment I have been investigating the energy sector recently. The mutual funds I own contain oil and gas company shares but I continue to hear about direct participation programs and working interests. The question remains if these subjects might be too complex for my current knowledge. Real investment experience with this particular type is what I want to find out from others here.
